I thought it would take me a couple of weeks to get back to what I weighed before Christmas, but this morning I weighed in at 132.5. What a difference five days makes. I'm down five pounds so it wasn't "real" weight.
I've been doing pretty good on my water although I find it more difficult to keep drinking in the cooler weather. The exercise, as usual, is my problem area and I'm slowly getting back in the groove with that too. I had a medium length walk yesterday and am going to Jazzercise this morning.
